Club Performance Volleyball offers a multiple training programs intended for all ages and different levels; Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Competitive.

Whatever your current level or your objective, we will make it our duty to support you in all stages of your volleyball journey, from technical aspects to learning placements, to learning game tactics.

Additionally, we believe that ensuring your complete development as an athlete is essential. Whether solo or with friends or family, we hope to provide a welcoming and encouraging environment for all.

Women's

The women's training groups aim to meet the different technical needs on a 224cm high net with 6 people on the court at all times. Coaches will provide individual personalized strategies while ensuring team cohesion.

mixed

Mixed training groups aim to meet the different technical needs playing on a 235cm high net with a minimum of 2 girls on the court at all times. A mixed team has a different dynamic that will be addressed throughout the sessions.

Men's

The men's training groups aim to meet the different technical needs on a 243cm high net with 6 people on the court at all times. Coaches will provide individual personalized strategies while ensuring team cohesion.
