CKVC Tournaments (CKVCT)

The tournaments will be organized by Con Khi Volleyball Club.

 

CKVC will offer the opportunity to participate in mixed and men's 6x6 tournaments throughout the year. Now in their 24th tournament, the sporting events are structured the most conveniently for every participative party, in addition, prizes for the winners and finalists.

 

The Club would like to thank all the teams that will participate in our tournaments. Considerable efforts will be made to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our team is open to any suggestions.

GENERAL information

CKVCT tournaments will be open to all. Please note that the minimum level required will vary and it will be your responsibility to assess whether you meet this requirement. Each team will have to identify a captain to ensure sound management during the events on the MyTeam.click website.

Please read the CPV Tournament rules before registering.

 

  • If there is a difference of opinion on an exchange or action, it will be replayed (Re-do).

  • The referees will be done by the teams present.

  • Pre-elimination/Round Robin: Minimum of 4 matches per team (1 match = 2 sets of 25 points | Ceiling: 27).

  • Playoffs, TOP 8 of 16: Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Finals (1 match = best of 3 sets | no cap). Note that the number of teams making the playoffs may change. Captains will be informed of any changes.

  • Minimum of 2 girls on the field at all times. A girl as a Libero does not count!

  • Contact with the net is prohibited during an action.

  • It is a foul if the player interferes with the opponent's play or is deemed dangerous.

  • Double contacts on the pass are not tolerated.

  • There is no stepping on the 3m-line for attacks from 3 meters.

  • No active Division 1 college or university student-athletes in C & C+ Divisions or it will lead to Team disqualification.

  • If required, 5mins will be allowed before matches for warm-up.

  • Teams that are late without valid justification will be penalized. 

  • The Volleyball Québec regulations apply to all tournaments.
